Japanese Wine (Vin de Japon)
Washoku - Japanese Cuisine has been regarded intangible cultural heritage. The food is not only delicious but also healthy.
When eating Washoku or Sushi, you will have alternate choice besides sake - wines from Japanese winery.
Perhaps it is less familier since wine is popular amoung Western countries and not Asian; however, Japan has a very unique wine with it's workmenship. I am sure it will match Washoku or any delicate dishes such as tuna and seaweed based soup.
Tipical grape variety is Koshu, Semion, etc.
