Katashimo Winery, located in Kashiwara City, Osaka.

It was really fascinating to see winery at grape picking season. The winery was established by Kihei Nakano, (1838 - 1921).

Their sparkling wine called ' Tako-Shan' named from its concept that a Champagne suits for 'Takoyaki', the Osaka's typical soul food （＾－＾）
